Constant Adjusting of Article
editI'm sorry but someone keeps changing the information on this page and replacing it with incorrect and unverified material. I'm still new at this. Is there any way we can prevent this from happening? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Kamran4 (talk • contribs) 21:37, 2 April 2011 (UTC)
- Yes we can add warnings to their user talk page and if they persist an admin can block them. Polyamorph (talk) 08:29, 3 April 2011 (UTC)
India
editDeleted section unrelated to Bangash:
- Some Pashtuns inhabit the Rudain, Kaimganj and Farrukhabad regions in India, most notable of whom were the Nawabs of Farrukhabad who established their own colony. However, there is no evidence that Bangash tribe of Pashtuns can be found there. citing "Study of the Pathan Communities in Four States of India", Khyber.org (retrieved 30 January 2008)
The section admits there is no evidence etc. --Bejnar (talk) 22:53, 19 July 2012 (UTC)
Distribution
editOn 10 July 2012, IP editor 182.177.8.163 altered the description in the lead as to where the tribe lives.
- They inhabit the Miranzai Valley as well as Kohat, Kurram Agency, Waziristan, and Bannu in northwestern Pakistan. On the other side of the Durand Line border in neighboring Afghanistan, a larger number of Bangash are scattered in the northeastern section of the Ghazni, Khost, Paktika and Paktia provinces.
Although that enlarged description may be more correct, it no longer matches the text provided by those who cited sources. Therefor, I have restored the previous text that does presumedly match.

If someone has reliable sources for the broader distribution of Bangash, please provide them. --Bejnar (talk) 23:54, 19 July 2012 (UTC)
