My village is called Baruda. Baruda is a medium size village located in Bhanjanagar Block of Ganjam district, Odisha with total 446 families residing. The Baruda village has population of 1977 of which 992 are males while 985 are females as per Population Census 2011.My village exists in a low lying area that has a warm summer and a chilly winter. Although the village is far cooler than the city during the summer. Also, you do not need air conditioners in a village because of the breeze.
