I'll get to this shortly.--Sturmvogel 66 (talk) 18:42, 6 March 2023 (UTC)
- Images appropriately licensed
- already at midnight of 23 October awkward
- Changed.
- Link company, grenadier
- Done
- redoubt is flanked and captured past tense
- Fixed.
- forced to conduct slow missing 'a'
- Fixed.
- Gunboat is a better translation for Frimaire than bombard
- I went by "Frimaire, a tartane or bombard", which seems to rely on a WP:RS
- My issue is that bombard is a French term that people will confuse with the artillery piece. Winfield's book on French Warships 1786–1861 says that the ship was converted from a tartane to a gunboat. I can see how the French and the English terms are related even if the French classified some smaller ships as chaloupes-canonnière or bateaux-canonnière which would be more literal equivalents to gunboat.--Sturmvogel 66 (talk) 14:50, 14 March 2023 (UTC)

- Hi Sturmvogel 66, thanks for taking this on. Have dealt with all fixes except one, where I am unsure. Constantine ✍ 17:44, 13 March 2023 (UTC)
