The content is pretty hard to write, as the accounts are quite messy (cf. the work by Thompson in the sources). There are disagreements with the terminology: was the Battle of Plassey actually a coup? Викидим (talk) 06:16, 4 June 2024 (UTC)Reply

Notes for myself, but everyone is invited to make the fixes:

Weave the Battle of Plassey in. This requires a source that ties it into the war (easy, note that many sources will call it a "coup" or "conspiracy"). The "Dictionary of Battles" that I have used as a primary source unfortunately ties it into the Seven Years War (overlapping with Bengal), so something different is needed
find a source explicitly stating the abovementioned overlap and providing relations between the Bengal and Seven Years wars.
