There are references in the William Davies (rugby league) article to show that Bill, and Billy are his nicknames (so I'm not sure why you deleted "Bill" as a nickname). For all anyone on Wikipedia knows, you could be making-up the nickname of "Daz", as you have not provided a references, even if you were is Father/Mother/Sibling/Wife/Child, it would make no difference, as you still need a reference, i.e. online, newspaper, match-day programme, etc. fortunately, I've found a reference at History → The Early Years at swintonlionstales that should suffice.
