This is a piece of puffery that reads like an institutionally-crafted press release. Is Wikipedia really the place for pr.com-style self marketing? Honestly, I don't know what could contribute to making this article less self-congratulatory/self-promotional, but there has to be a more objective commentary and information on this institution available and the usefulness of the article would be significantly improved with a more neutral tone Funkyphd (talk) 06:09, 19 November 2009 (UTC)
