This obvious copy/paste job needs attention. ~E 74.60.29.141 (talk) 00:47, 6 October 2012 (UTC)Reply

Most definitely, concerning the diet of Callitrichidae, the article states "exudates, with some species considered obligate exudativores" With some difficulty I found references that point towards the meaning maybe indicating tree sap (I could be wrong). I lack the confidence in correcting the remarks, but whoever wrote this article should have stated the concerned remarks plainly. "they subsists on Tree Sap", because literally nobody will understand the original text.[User nelsoc4 10:30 PST] 9 February 2022] — Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.38.241.7 (talk) 06:51, 10 February 2022 (UTC)Reply

taxonomic ordering

edit

What's the correct ordering of genera in this family? The list is different between this article and list of New World monkey species. I'm attempting to update that listing article, but I first want to ensure that our genera are properly sorted. - UtherSRG (talk) 11:55, 25 July 2022 (UTC)Reply

Respondng to myself. :) So I found this paper that lists 7 of the 8 genera in this ordering: Saguinus, Leontopithecus, Callimico, Mico, Cebuella, Callibella and Callithrix. Need to find the placement for Leontocebus, but I think it is on one side of Saguinus or the other... - UtherSRG (talk) 12:20, 25 July 2022 (UTC)Reply
