Peru
editHELP: Could someone source the (Diaz) "was unaware that Peru was in bloody conflict" etc. I have found NOTHING where she says she was unaware, only that she apologized for the potential offence. Furthermore, since she has long been a world traveler, and this is (apparently)not her first visit to Peru, I would be shocked if she did not know ANYTHING about the decade of terrorsim suffered here in Peru (though, perhaps did not know details). If no one can find evidence that she did not know about the conflict, that statement really should be modified.
Also, I have updated the "Peru Issue" to more accuratly reflect her visit, on which she was wildly well received, including by Peruvian media from all political stripes. As of today, the issue had not even hit our media. I live in Peru, and for days we have seen countless stories and photos of here in an EXTREMELY positive light, and to pretend that teh "bag thing" was how Peruvians will remember here visit is so misleading it is actually in error.
Relationship with J. Timberlake
editIt's noted in the text that she is no longer with J. Timberlake. I'm not sure about that. Even in the text two dates appear as the end of the relationship, the first is "However, they split in January 2006" the second is "It has been reported that the couple is no longer together, and in fact haven't been since the beginning of December 2006". I just noticed it and is kinda standing out from the whole part of the text, so if anybody coul;d check it and change it [I didn't did it because I'm not 100% sure]..

edit #2: Somebody changed the date from jan. 2006 to jan. 2007 from that part of the text...

editI've removed the rumor from the bottom of the personal life section because it's only a rumor and wikipedia is not a crystal ball
For almost the same reason, I've removed the link for the "Sex tape" because obviously, wikipedia is not a repository of links and beside, a legal action from Diaz part have been won over the tape original posting website.
The Director of the 2006 The Holiday denies that Diaz or anyone else is coming back for a sequel. Personal Information (Matt Dillon)
editInformation is inconsistent with the entry under Matt Dillon's Personal Information.
Careron's states that she BRIEFLY dated Matt AFTER the film There's Something about Mary, but Matt's says they were partners from 1995-1998. Genomesioux (talk) 17:17, 18 May 2024 (UTC)
