Canadian Car and Foundry ?
editIs it Canada Car and Foundry or Canadian Car and Foundry. I ask as I have a builders plate from a bus and it says: Manufactured at Canadian Car & Foundry Co Ltd, Fort William, Ontario. I have never seen it called Canada Car and Foundry. Jsp3970 21:38, 28 June 2007 (UTC)
- I think you are right; I had made the original move but on reflection, the Canadian Car & Foundry name seems to predominate. I will make the appropriate changes. Bzuk 21:44, 28 June 2007 (UTC).
The page should make mention of their highway tractor-trailer manufacturing. They produced highway utility and reefers in the 50's and early 60's. A few photo examples are located at: http://www.hankstruckpictures.com/reimer_express.htm http://www.hankstruckpictures.com/jim_hagen.htm I've taken a few photos of the trailers myself, now relegated to stationary storage or derelict. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.109.109.244 (talk) 17:22, 29 October 2007 (UTC)
