I thought
editI thought this film was set in 1993, not 1990. Also, I'm pretty sure Bernice is murdered before Captain America goes in search of the diary. (205.250.167.76 18:44, 12 March 2007 (UTC))
Also
editThe reference to the Environmental Protection Act 1990 is linked to the UK's Act, while the article says that it's the US' legislation that's referenced in the film. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 92.17.235.132 (talk) 11:12, 25 October 2012 (UTC)

Straight-to-DVD film?
editFirst of all, this film was released in theaters BEFORE it came to America and was very much produced with cinemas in mind, so classifying this film as straight-to-dvd seems incredibly misleading and dishonest. Secondly, it doesn't matter that the film itself was bad (okay, it does; but that's beside the point here): it was produced and distributed in a rather bizarre way for a film that was meant to be Marvel's response to 1989's Batman movie. Of course, we know that Captain America didn't work out exactly as the filmmakers had hoped.Internet Informant (talk) 06:22, 15 June 2021 (UTC)
