Proposed merge with Bott boi

I reviewed this new page but would like community input on whether it should be merged with the existing article Chicken and dumplings. There seems to be no difference between the two dishes (thick square cut noodle dough cooked in chicken broth), though bott boi is what the dish is called amongst the Pennsylvania Dutch. James Beard says they are the same dish in his "American Cookery" and most of the information in the bott boi article overlaps. Seraphim System (talk) 03:28, 13 April 2018 (UTC)Reply

Having eaten both of these dishes many times, I believe them to be distinct. An internet search for these two will yield different recipes for different things. They certainly are similar, however, they are not quite identical. ThanksChimneyrock (talk) 19:42, 16 April 2018 (UTC)Reply
