  • Red link the other Chinese ship in the infobox picture and link the battle, being sure to capitalize the B as it's a proper noun.
  • Don't capitalize captains in this: English Captains

  • Link displaced, 150-pounder gun, launched, Singapore, Manila
  • I cleaned up most of the infobox for you, but add the ship's speed and the 24-pounders to it.
  • She was on occasion described as a man-of-war. What do you mean by this? Given that she was an 11-gun corvette, this seems perfectly natural and not worth commenting on.

  • You already told the reader that she was a wooden corvette and where she was built in the lede
  • wooden hulled ships hyphen between wooden and hulled; and between the words of "out of date"
  • her from mound on which the lighthouse missing word, I think.
  • 4,000 metres (13,000 ft) change the ft to yards
  • The small boats rushed forward with their task and some 27 seconds later a massive explosion erupted from Yangwu Punctuate this better.
  • over a 1 mile (1.6 km) away drop the "a"
  • Be consistent about using ISBNs for those books that have one.
