– By WP:NC-KO North Korean place names use McCune–Reischauer romanization except that ŏ, ŭ, and the apostrophe (') are not used in article titles. There is the coexistence of using and not using ŏ, ŭ, and ' in Category:Railway stations in North Korea and Category:Railway lines in North Korea. I think that ŏ, ŭ, and ' should not be used in the names of the railway stations and lines like Chongjin and Hamgyong Province. Sawol (talk) 08:31, 29 November 2016 (UTC)Reply

Not by me, but DPRK railway station/rail line pages were just started being moved from pagenames without diacritics to page names with diacritics. How often are things going to be moved back and forth? Pages of other languages use diacritics, why not be consistent? I would suggest to use the diacritics, for across the board consistency, but when it really comes down to it it doesn't matter to me either way so long as of course redirects are maintained. 2Q (talk) 09:02, 29 November 2016 (UTC)Reply
