editIn the interest of disseminating a little-known fact, under "censorship" I noted the difference in the portrayals of America in the versions released in Europe and in the States. I am told a citation is needed. Well, I saw the film in France, 1999, in its original glory. I rented it eagerly upon returning, and immediately noticed how the American version was cut -- not for time, but for political sensitivity. I want to cite myself, and I am sure that "first hand knowledge" contradicts citation protocol. (Honestly, the rules and regs of Wikipedia or not very friendly to would-be editors, even ones familiar with AP/Chicago style, etc. Well, I have to believe my own eyes, especially since I have been a journalist for ten years who has not even faced any accusation of dishonest. A search of the web finds no immediate confirmation. What to do? For now I am going to say I have addressed the editor's point, and await his/her respondse. Thanks. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Tyewolfe (talk • contribs) 00:30, 10 December 2011 (UTC)
