Too technical
editJust finished a copyedit pass and while full understanding of the content isn't a requirement for copyediting, I think this article is probably too WP:TECHNICAL. Specifically I think the Indigenous development: software and web services section and its associated lists would benefit from expanded language or writing WP:ONEDOWN to make the resources more understandable to the non-expert reader. There is also a fair bit of WP:JARGON that could likely be reduced, although I don't have the expertise to do so myself. Adding {{Technical}} to the article and cleaning up the cleanup tags.
