Cumming Corporation versus Cumming Group
editThe term Cumming Group appears to have been used for some time to cover acquisitions and international operations. But as late as 2020, the USA company's website was still being given as ccorpusa.com.[1] As at 2023, their domain is now cumming-group.com. Has the US company changed its official registered business name, or is this just a cosmetic change?

CEO change
editCumming appears to have quietly replaced David Baird with Derek Hutchison. August 2022, Baird was listed as CEO on their website. [2] December, Hutchison is still listed as president, but Baird is no longer present. [3] March, Hutchison is listed as "President and CEO". [4] I haven't found a press release or media coverage.
