Hi Crunchy!
Could you look at the edits for philanthropy. I'm no editor, I'm guessing they didn't like my copying the content description but I don't want to do it again without really understanding what is ok and what is not. Would you be available to incorporate the content properly?
Dawn is giving back in some amazing ways. She started BLT Helps to lend marketing skills to non-profit organizations. She also started the Netflix Access certificate program to help get more people of color in the movie marketing field. This is an amazing program that should be listed on a page about Dawn. She started the program with Kenny Gravillis, got Netflix to sponsor it, wrote the curriculum.
She also converted her company to a fully employee owned company to ensure that her employees have real agency and can survive the next chapter if/when the existing leadership changes.
