Infobox "needed?" No. It doesn't need one, esp. not if it's a stub. The fact that you believe that it's a "stub" means that there is not so much text that it should be or could be "boiled down" for a box. As for a picture, I do hope that you folks noticed that he died in 550 AD. That's Five hundred and fifty anno domini. That is, in other words, the "Dark Ages." Utgard Loki, the reqphoto tag refers to all types of images, not just photos. There will clearly not be a photo for Desideratus, but the chances there may be a votive image, statue, or image from a medieval manuscript depicting Desideratus are very good.
