editHi, I am a student at Yale University in Brad Rosen's Law & Technology class. As part of the class, we are contributing to Wikipedia. I am going to try to substantially add to this article. Let's make this a great article! Tateharsh (talk) 05:08, 29 November 2011 (UTC)

edit- There is no reference for the last sentence in the lede paragraph. Please cite a reference for that sentence.
- The lede is usually a summary of the article. Can you transfer the info to the pertinent sections in the article and have the lede as the summary containing the main points of the entire article?
- Using double spaces at the end of every sentence is not required in Wikipedia articles. I have removed most of the double spaces from the article.
- Do you think you can use the 2 additional references in the article? Maybe you can expand the article using the references. We usually try to put in as much info as possible in the article.
--Tate, one way we expanded our article was by adding related cases and references to them. Might help with the above comment! Cgiugale (talk) 22:58, 8 December 2011 (UTC)
- The first name of the 3rd judge is not given in the infobox. Only his last name, Carr, is given. Can you please find and put in his first name? (Hey Tate- I'm pretty sure it's James G. Carr) Npmakarov89 (talk) 21:22, 7 December 2011 (UTC)
- Can you paraphrase in this sentence instead of quoting? - In the court’s opinion of Kwock Jan Fat v. White, it “warned of the danger of secret hearings, given the government’s extraordinary power.”
- In this sentence - "Mandel, a Belgian citizen and self-proclaimed revolutionary Marxist, sought entry to speak at a conference at Stanford University", please paraphrase "to speak at a conference at Stanford University" since it is now word-for-word with the source.
- A quick check ([1] [2]) using the duplication detector shows that there are other duplicates found in this article. Please paraphrase instead of using word-for-word.
With the exception of those mentioned above, the article looks okay. The Good Article template you inserted on the top of this page doesn't reflect this article as a Good Article nomination. This article needs plenty of working on before it reaches Good Article status. For it to reach GA status, it needs to be nominated. At this point of time, I wouldn't recommend nominating this article for GA status as it'll fail. I'll add in the appropriate status for the article later. If you have any editing questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. Bejinhan talks 07:07, 4 December 2011 (UTC)
