Why is the neutrality being disputed?
-- -- Good question. Anyone who has actually seen Devin Harris play will no doubt concur with the fact that he is one of the quickest guards in the NBA. I am removing the neutrality-dispute tag.

editWas devin harris adopted, because correct me if I'm wrong but julie and terry harris sound like european-american (white) names and not african-american (black) names...if so, who were his real parents? he looks black but it's possible he might be at least part white...
