Dick Figures: The Movie → Dick Figures The Movie – No colon in the title. 2A02:C7D:564B:D300:B533:1E28:F66B:ED6E (talk) 21:10, 24 June 2016 (UTC) --Relisting. Anarchyte (work | talk) 08:43, 3 July 2016 (UTC)
- Oppose. Many of the sources—including the Kickstarter page and IMDb—have a colon, and all of the sources make clear that "The Movie" is a subtitle. Omitting the colon from the official website appears to be inadvertent or possibly stylistic rather than clear indication that the title does not have a colon. I think we ought to stick with the existing, grammatical title. Rebbing 09:23, 4 July 2016 (UTC)
- Oppose per Rebbing. SSTflyer 14:23, 4 July 2016 (UTC)
- Oppose: All such constructions are subtitles; the colon is used in normal prose, invariably, and is omitted, usually, from poster layouts, where the use of different heading styles substitutes for the explicit colon. This has also been true of book covers and frontispieces for centuries. When there is a rare exception, like Star Trek into Darkness, this becomes very apparent very quickly, because the RS talk about it, and the people behind the work make it clear, quoted in RS, that the title was intended to be ambiguous and should be written without the colon. — SMcCandlish ☺ ☏ ¢ ≽ʌⱷ҅ᴥⱷʌ≼ 19:45, 11 July 2016 (UTC)

Next to You
editWhy does the title of the Infobox for "Dick Figures: The Movie: The Song" say "Next to You," another NSP song, instead of "Dick Figures: The Movie: The Song"? That just doesn't make sense. 68.170.18.122 (talk) 18:54, 19 July 2018 (UTC)
