Dogs is Dogs → Dogs Is Dogs – A listing of this nature really belongs under "Uncontroversial technical requests" but, since this entry, created by Lugnuts on September 18, 2008 as Dogs Is Dogs, was moved to Dogs is Dogs on November 22, 2008, with the edit summary, "caps", it seemed appropriate, after nearly 10 years, to restore it to original form with a vote.
