Fully

To the IP who self-reverted a query about "fully:" "Fully," according to Webster's means, "at least." Since the word is used in a direct quote in Doji bara famine, we can't change it ourselves for greater clarity. Eventually, when I have more time, I'll paraphrase it, or most of it. I thought it was a typo. As you have explained the Merriam-Webster additionally gives the meaning "at least" under fully but the OED doesn't. It looks like "fully" is extremely rare in that sense even in US English.--117.204.94.142 (talk) 06:22, 24 February 2011 (UTC)Reply
