D.o.b?
editDate of birth, please, as standard in Wiki pages. Valetude (talk) 16:21, 19 June 2019 (UTC)
- Let me throw out this info — Preceding unsigned comment added by Bob1743 (talk • contribs) 12:40, 6 August 2022 (UTC)
- Year of birth: (1938 - still living) There are, at least, 2 sources for his date of birth -- but one is a public record and per Wikipedia policy should not be cited for living individuals. The other sources are the 1940 and 1950 census.
- Donald Livingston's middle name is 'Wilson'. Again there are public records sources which should not be used. His high school yearbook includes his middle name which should be an acceptable source.
- Donald Livingston was not raised in South Carolina. The family lived in New York in the late 1600's and moved to South Carolina in the 1700s. Donald Livingston was born in South Carolina but his parents moved to Charlotte, North Carolina shortly after he was born. He grew up there and graduated from high school in Charlotte, North Carolina.
- I'll leave this to others to decide whether to edit the article.

Abbeville Institute
edit"The Institute is named for the town of Abbeville, South Carolina, often regarded as the birthplace of the Confederacy." Maybe worth some note that the reason for that regard is that it was the home of John C. Calhoun. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Venqax (talk • contribs) 17:14, 26 July 2020 (UTC)
