Removal of alinea
editIn the section Background the alinea beginning with "One such concession ..." seems to be a remnant of older versions. It is partly a repetition of what was said earlier on in the article. I intend to remove it, while relocating the sentences that contain facts not covered elsewhere. JanTurin (talk) 17:22, 11 September 2012 (UTC)
