Why would someone propose this? This article is about a series of UK public information films. It has nothing to do with the USA or with "drunk" driving (hence DRINKING AND DRIVING Wrecks Lives.) If it is to be merged or deleted, then it belongs on the article about public information films.
Was the quadriplegic man in the "Dave" advert from 1995 disabled in real life, or was he an actor playing the role of a fictional (or maybe factual) man who had been left paralysed as a result of his drink-driving? Tripod86 21:49, 16 November2007 (UTC)
