Dear fellow editors,
I am leaving this message to anyone interested in the present article.
It would appear that the Eastwind Festival was only held in 2008, based on searches I just carried out using Google. There are a few articles re-iterating the postponement of the 2009 edition until 2010, and then its cancellation. I ran searches for each year since then, but I can't find any record of this festival ever being repeated between 2011 and 2015.
If this is the case, then would it not be useful to update the prose in the article, to reflect the fact the festival only took place in 2008, and was therefore a one-off?
Also, at least one of the external links is rotten and should be removed/replaced.
With kind regards;

Oh, and while we're looking at this article, why is the "official website" in Japanese?! Surely, if a real website was ever created for such a festival, it would have been written in one or more of the local languages, and English?
