Structure of LGBT Advocacy Section

I've been working on adding more information from Susan Stryker's Transgender History, which added a lot of content to this article. I added the sections "Community-relations liaison" and "National Transsexual Counseling Unit" to accommodate this. However, there were already some issues in this section with chronology that were exasperated by adding this content, and these issues will need to be addressed, most likely by adding more sources for the content already included in the article as well as adding more content.
