Hi! I'm the Community Manager for Eucalyptus Systems. This is to disclose my interest and potential for bias up front. I'm going to be making minor edits to this page, mainly fix grammatical errors, and to keep it factually up to date. I have no interest in injecting any sort of "marketing fluff", and hope and trust that other editors will both assume good-will on my part, while at the same time watching me carefully. I'm no longer the Community Manager for Eucalyptus Systems. I will keep this article on my watch list, but I no longer have a personal interest or employment bias about it. MarkAtwood (talk) 02:46, 19 March 2012 (UTC)Reply

Well there already was enough fluff in it. Time to take some out, such as link farm, claims not supported by independent sources, and way too much use of undefined jargon and buzzwords. W Nowicki (talk) 16:22, 2 June 2013 (UTC)Reply

Reference needed

edit

How can you claim that "Eucalyptus is the world’s most widely deployed software platform for on-premise (private) Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) butts"? Please add a reference -- Smaffulli (talk) 23:00, 17 September 2012 (UTC)Reply

It appears that in response to your request they added a reference to Eucalyptus' own site as evidence. Since this is certainly a self-serving claim, it's not an appropriate reference, so I just removed the claim. 192.17.237.76 (talk) 17:09, 24 September 2012 (UTC)Reply
