I'm not 100% sure there are 3 reliable independent sources for notability purposes. There's a New Yorkshire Council description, and what appears to be a book about it, but the only viable 3rd thing is the Not Just Hockney, which I think is self-published: also not sure about the existence of other sources given she only *just* got rediscovered. I understand that a third notability item is the fact that the Mercer Gallery (a notable gallery with a WP article) has devoted an exhibition entirely to Eva Leigh's work, and that the exhibition title includes her name. A fourth notability item is that her work is in a respected public collection (same gallery). Those two facts are notability contributors for an artist. A fifth notability item (yet to be added) is the book about her by an academic, which is under preparation. A lecture about the discovery of Eva Leigh and the preparation of the book was given to the public in Harrogate Library, so the expectation of the book is a reasonable thing. Re the Not Just Hockney website: it is created and curated by Colin Neville, a published author of books on artists connected with the Bradford (England) area.
