Scrum.com and the WRU have Miller down as being born in Derby, England, and scrum.com also has his full name as William Henry Miller. This information seems confused as Fred seems an unusual nickname for William or Henry, also Fields of Praise has Miller down as being born in Talybont, Brecon.
