I'll take a look at this. This will be my first review, so any comments on would be helpful.

The six good article criteria:

• Well written

the prose is clear, concise, and understandable to an appropriately broad audience; spelling and grammar are correct; and

it complies with the manual of style guidelines for lead sections, layout etc.

• Verifiable

it contains a list of all references, presented in accordance with the layout style guideline;

all inline citations are from reliable sources;

it contains no original research; and

it contains no copyright violations nor plagiarism.

• Broad in its coverage

it addresses the main aspects of the topic; and

it stays focused on the topic without going into unnecessary detail.

• Neutral

it represents viewpoints fairly and without editorial bias, giving due weight to different points of view.

• Stable

it does not change significantly from day to day because of any ongoing edit war or content dispute.

• Illustrated

images are tagged with their copyright statuses, and valid fair use rationales are provided for non-free content; and

images are relevant to the topic, and have suitable captions.

A few comments:

• Savoie was paid off in 1871 at Toulon, but she was recommissioned on 1 January 1872. Is this worth adding to the infobox?
  • Generally I don't bother as many ships of this period went in and out of commission/reserve multiple times, which would needlessly bulk up the infobox, which is probably too long already.
• The ship was reduced to reserve at Toulon in 1874–1876. Did this require decommissioning? If so, would this be worth adding to the infobox too?
  • It's unclear to me how the French reserve system actually worked, especially since it seems to change over time. Sometimes reserve ships have a small number of full-time crew and the crew is filled out by reservists for their yearly training, other times, not.
• The ship was stricken from the navy list on 19 November 1888. The infobox says "condemned". Are they synonyms here or are they different things (c.f a sistership's review)?
  • Here my sources use the same date for stricken and condemned; other ships are given different dates for them. Color me confused!
• The citations are author only. When I look at WP:SRF the convention seems to be author, date, page. Would it be worth including the date?
  • There is no required citation style in Wikipedia; the only real requirement is that an article should use the same style consistently throughout. Personally I don't see any value to adding dates unless I need to disambiguate multiple sources from the same author.
