Okdoke, here goes with the review. Firstly I think the non-free image use is entirely appropriate in this case as you discuss the animation style and therefore the understanding of the reader is greatly enhanced by the inclusion of it. So no issues from that with me.
I'm not sure that the lead fully summarises the article. There's some good examples with the Adventure Time Good Articles that you might want to take a look at in terms of structure and content.
You've got a bunch of duplicate links in the article. Duke, Cobra Commander and Public Service Annoucement in Cultural References. Scud: The Disposable Assassin in Production; Abed's Uncontrollable Christmas (twice), Rob Schrab, Cobra Commander and Destro in reception.
Has there been a home media release for the episode as part of a season package yet?
References
I'm a little nervous about the use of a couple of citations in the article. For example, the YouTube video as cite #6 doesn't explain the reference, it's simply an example of a PSA. If it was an official Hasbro channel then it would be better, but still wouldn't clarify that the PSA in this episode was referencing the old ones - until that is sourced, it's simply conjecture unfortunately.
The Reddit reference suffers from a similar problem. Someone identified that the two diagrams are almost exactly the same - but was it confirmed by the production staff that one was based off the other? Failing that, you could side step around the issue by saying precisely that it was identified on Reddit as bearing a striking resemblance to the source they identified.
What makes Spinoffonline reliable? Likewise with Badass Digest and Geek Binge?
I removed all the duplicate links you mentioned, but I don't have the time at the moment to go through the rest. If someone like Drywater2k wanted to assist with the lead, that would be great! StewdioMACK (talk) 17:48, 15 November 2014 (UTC)Reply
Aside from those minor edits on November 15, StewdioMACK has not edited the article at all, despite having made hundreds of edits elsewhere on Wikipedia. Miyagawa, if no action is taken on the other issues—obviously with that many edits since mid-November, lack of time is not what's holding this up—the nomination should be closed by the end of the year, if not sooner.
