Violation of Neutrality
editThe article says, "Rodiek was later arrested when travelling through San Francisco. He originally pleaded not guilty but changed his plea to guilty of a single Neutrality Act violation."
Although President Wilson had declared a policy of neutrality, there was no Neutrality Act to violate. The Neutrality Act was for a subsequent conflict (WWII). What statute was invoked or violated by Rodiek? Fconaway (talk) 00:40, 29 August 2010 (UTC)
