Admiral?

edit

As currently worded, it sounds like Georgia Engel, not her father, was an admiral: "Engel was born in Washington, D.C., the daughter of Ruth Caroline (née Hendron) and Benjamin Franklin Engel, who was a Coast Guard officer,[1] eventually achieving the rank of Vice Admiral." It might work better as: "Engel was born in Washington, D.C., the daughter of Ruth Caroline (née Hendron) and Benjamin Franklin Engel, a Coast Guard officer who eventually rose to the rank of Vice Admiral. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.51.66.32 (talk) 02:34, 27 February 2013 (UTC)Reply

There's got to be a better way of writing this: "Engel never married or had children. She is left-handed." I find it too amusing this way to fix it!
