This page should not be speedily deleted because... While it is true that the article was previously deleted via a deletion discussion, the current version of the article is substantially different from the previous version and does not warrant speedy deletion under CSD G4.
Furthermore, the Wikipedia community's policies on deletion state that articles should only be deleted if they fail to meet Wikipedia's notability guidelines or violate the website's policies on content, such as copyright infringement or vandalism. The current version of the article meets the notability guidelines and contains no copyright violations or vandalism.
Moreover, as per Wikipedia's policies on deletion discussions, the outcome of a previous deletion discussion is not binding and may be revisited if new evidence or arguments are presented. The current version of the article contains new information and arguments that were not present in the previous version.
In light of these facts, I respectfully request that the article in question not be deleted under CSD G4. I have provided evidence that the article meets Wikipedia's notability guidelines, contains no violations of the website's policies, and is substantially different from the previous version. I urge you to consider this evidence and allow the article to remain on Wikipedia.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
