Regarding the instrumentation, it appears as though someone merely copied and pasted the instrumentation from Wikipedia's page on military bands in general as opposed to the specific instrumentation of the piece. I am in the process of correcting this according to the full score available on IMSLP. TrumpetMan202 (talk) 05:04, 11 March 2013 (UTC)Reply

Thank god, someone with common sense at last! I couldn't for the life of me think where all those anachronistic instruments came from!—Jerome Kohl (talk) 05:13, 11 March 2013 (UTC)Reply

Triumphal? Triumphant?

edit

Can't think of one good reason why someone, 4 months ago, "corrected" triumphal to triumphant which had been there since the creation of the page. Not only does this seem to be, everywhere I look, the received translation of the title (a consideration which would trump anything else, in any case, even if there were more semantically correct translations), but, as it happens, triumphant is not even a better translation, on the contrary. Instrumentation

edit

What does the following ("Instrumentation") mean? "2 B-flat clarinets (26 players)"? 26 players divided into 2 parts? Contact Basemetal here 22:35, 1 June 2013 (UTC)Reply

Agreed. I also don't understand. Anyone? Sgvrfjs (talk) 03:21, 1 July 2017 (UTC)Reply
