1975 World Medical Association Tokyo Declaration

edit

The article referenced the wrong provision in the declaration, so I fixed it and included a link to the original text. 207.188.232.179 (talk) 15:04, 8 May 2012 (UTC)Reply

Neutrality Dispute?

edit

Whats with the neutrality dispute tag? I am removing it as there seems to be no dispute in Talk, and I find it hard to believe that whether the United States routinely tortures to be even remotely questionable, even Obama has turned out to be a torturer.76.23.121.6 (talk) 06:18, 14 April 2013 (UTC)Reply

Merge?

edit

Is there some reason this couldn't be merged with Guantánamo Bay hunger strikes?

That other one is kind of an eyesore.

Mos Def and Public Reaction

edit

I'm not sure that paragraph about Mos Def and his demonstration is entirely necessary to be included in the lead section. Maybe it would be better suited to a "Public Reactions" section that could also expand on the criticism of his demonstration, as well as the UN Human Rights Commission's official statement.

That said, I don't think the last sentence of the lead section ("A Guantanamo watch commander, and former fan, reacted by deleting Mos Def's music from his iPod.") is necessary at all and should be deleted. Other opinions?--Nquinn91 (talk) 20:17, 10 July 2015 (UTC)Reply
