Tourist attractions
editI'm inclined to remove the section about tourist attractions, as this seems to be populated with a) places that are not actually in Gurdaspur, or places that have local significance but are not what would generally be considered major tourist attractions (e.g. local parks). If there are no objections, I will remove the information. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 13:05, 6 January 2010 (UTC)
- In the absence of dissenting commentary, I've gone ahead with the proposed edit. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 17:04, 18 January 2010 (UTC)
stuff about the district
editThe information about the district should be moved to Gurdaspur district, it should not be here. This page is about the city only, not the entire district. Gman124 (talk) 03:01, 24 September 2010 (UTC)

city vs district
editThe name shown in Gurmukhi is ਗੁਰਦਾਸਪੁਰ gurdāspur, but at Gurdaspur district it's ਗੁਰਦਸਪੂਰ gurdaspūr. Are both correct?? —Tamfang (talk) 18:35, 9 December 2016 (UTC)
Gurdāspur is more correct as per the gurmukhi. Cherry.cs267 (talk) 04:50, 14 July 2020 (UTC)
