An IP editor keeps removing this image claiming the article is not about the Raj. As the image is in a section about a ruler of the state who made a treaty with the British, the image does not seem out of place to me. Just restating the article is not about the Raj is no reason to censor any image including the British. noq (talk) 11:14, 16 November 2018 (UTC)
- Agree with Noq. I am responding to message at WT:IN There is enough justification above for the Image to remain on the article and this section. I find the image relevant to the topic and improves the readers understanding of the topic, by throwing more light on the relations between the two parties and the culture/dress in that period. I ahve also requested page protection so as to prevent the slow edit war going on the page.--DBigXrayᗙ 20:22, 18 November 2018 (UTC)
Maharajas after 1947?
editThere are no Maharajas in independent India. Therefore those claiming the title post independence are pretenders. Please update this. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 96.21.64.140 (talk) 18:56, 21 September 2022 (UTC)
