Labeling error for Geohack coordinates
edit{{geodata-check}}
A labeling fix is needed for HMS Redmill (K554): The coordinates 54°23′00″N 010°36′00″W / 54.38333°N 10.60000°W are labeled "HMS Redmill sunk" on the Geohack map. This is incorrect; Redmill was torpedoed at that location but remained afloat. Towed to port, she was declared a constructive total loss and scrapped two years later in Greece. - I see that the WikiMiniAtlas map on the GeoHack page labels the location "Redmill sunk"; is that what you're referring to? That label was not produced by anything in this article; it was produced by the "name" parameter in the
{{coord}}
template used in a table in the article Captain-class frigate. I've changed that parameter to read "Redmill torpedoed" (and also added "name" parameters to the two instances of{{coord}}
in this article). Eventually, WikiMiniAtlas should catch up and display the revised label. Deor (talk) 11:41, 26 March 2013 (UTC)- Excellent. I did not know that WikiMiniAtlas worked that way. But I have learned how now, thanks to you! Best regards. Mdnavman (talk) 18:24, 26 March 2013 (UTC)mdnavman
