Hagan (or is it Hagen?) Evans is the (older?) brother of Wales (RU), and Llanelli RFC Flanker PeterEvans[1] who was born on 21 June 1928 in Llanelly. According to FreeBMD, a Peter D. Evans (mothers' maiden surname Perkins) was registered during July→September 1928 in Llanelly district. No-one with the forename Hagan (or Hagen), surname Evans, and mothers' maiden name Perkins were born in Wales between 1909 and 1932, i.e. commensurate with a 1947…49 playing career. However, twelve men with the surname Evans, and mothers' maiden name Perkins were born in Wales between 1909 and 1932…
