These Hammersmith articles are a little confusing (for District and H&C), they should probably link to each other more clearly. In any case, couldn't they be merged? The article for Paddington station has both the D&C and H&C stations in the same article even though they're technically seperate... - Zeibura S. I don't think this is necessary; both articles quite clearly state that there is a separate station on the other line in the first couple of sentences. There is also a disambiguation article at Hammersmith tube station which is how many people will get one or other of the stations. This makes it clear that there are two stations.

The Paddington station article covers the tube platforms and the main line station in one article because that is the usual convention for physically connected stations of this sort. The Hammersmith stations are not physically connected and changing between the District and the Hammersmith & City Line or vice versa involves passing through ticket barriers exiting one station, crossing the busy Hammersmith Broadway and entering the other station. This is not a standard interchange between platforms as you have at, say, Oxford Circus for example. --DavidCane 00:41, 5 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

Agree with above message - there are a number of stations with the same name (not physically connected) that also have separate articles, for example Shepherd's Bush and Edgware Road.
