The POV tag, dated March 2016, was removed, because no Talk section was created in March, at time of its placement, to address the reason it was placed. As well, there are no inline tags calling attention to issues, while, at first read, it appears to this neutral editor, that other editors have actually succeeded in creating a reasonably balanced article based on sources.
