I have made numerous minor edits which I hope address some of the points which prompted the above remark. Mainly just tiny wording changes. I did soften some of the claims of very old ages attached to sites, which another editor has already indicated are not supported by the citations provided - so that now they read as 'claims' rather than things 'believed' to be the case.
