• " great and really effective idea" is this a quote? It's not really encyclopedic in tone

• "that certain fans"' or just "some"?
• "Born in .. born into..." repetitive.
• "unbeknownst" would "unknown" do the job?
• "families demise" do you really mean "family's demise"?

• Don't link common words like earthquake.
• "As the assassins refused" lower case or capital assassin?
• "After crushing the" tone

• Odd turn of phrase "actually right" so I'd put it in quotes.
