(Barbara) Hazel Guggenheim King-Farlow McKinley → Hazel Guggenheim McKinley – This woman was married multiple times in her life. This article is a trainwreck in all respects, including the title. However, her local and national obituaries called her "Hazel Guggenheim McKinley", so I would hazard a guess that this should be the title instead of this awkward parenthetical.
