I don't know whether that site took the bio from wikipedia or vice versa, but either way this looks like a work attributed to the person who made the movie about Lee, I suspect it's copyrighted. I've sent an email to Mr. Rosenberg asking for permission to use this info:
The article will be deleted in seven days time if permission is not confirmed, though it can be undeleted at a later date if you choose to respond later to state that such use is allowed.
Thank you for your time. I look forward to your response.

There are some issues of not using neutral language, or using somewhat effusive language. Some of this needs to be cleaned up. She really seems to be a rather interesting individual, but more professional, fact-based language should be used.Phil21:28, 12 February 2007 (UTC)Reply
Hazel Lee's story originates with the book my aunt, Kay Gott, (Wasp 43-W-2) wrote in 1996. No credit has been give to her in any of the references, including the 1859 Oregon Magazine article

Kay Gott (43-W-2) wrote "Hazel Ah Ying Lee- Women's Airforce Service Pilot" in 1996. (Veteran's Quality Printing, Eureka, Ca. 95501) Much of the collected references for Hazel Lee's biography stem from this book, which is currently out of print. The proper credit of collecting Hazel's biography hasn't been given at all to my aunt's work. Kay died in 2017, and is interred in Arlington National Cemetery; she was a good friend of Hazel Lee and knew her well.
Respectfully Submitted,

Thank you for your comment, Mr. Gott - the work has been added as a source for the article, as it does seem to have been leaned upon by later sources. Ganesha811 (talk) 12:40, 14 June 2021 (UTC)Reply
