"founded the first womans(sic) association"

edit

More elaboration needed, if that can be investigated, on the "first womans association" she founded. Where was the association based, what were its activities/aims? There were organisations for women in the 19th century before her lifetime. She was a child when the first Women's Institute branch was founded in Anglesey.Cloptonson (talk) 21:33, 19 March 2015 (UTC)Reply

Labour or labour

edit

The sentence that begins "She died aged 108" says this was two months after giving a speech at "a labour (sic.) conference". I take it this means a conference of the Labour Party, so should "labour" have a capital L here? Vorbee (talk) 15:32, 8 October 2018 (UTC)Reply
