This should be added to the article, perhaps even her statement in Norwegian National media where she complies with the statement that she probably holds the most powerful position in regard of the politics of South Sudan, its relationship with the "world". As I am not aware of her current position in regard of her role as executive director of UNICEF, I find it difficult to edit to article.
